Cloom has offered a series of IP67-rated, waterproof USB 3.0 cable assemblies. In addition to threaded couplings and O-ring seals that ensure IP67-rated protection from water and dust, the waterproof USB cable assemblies feature a waterproof connector on one end of the body. The new cable assemblies now have panel-mount IP67 Type-B male plugs to standard Type-B male plugs and Type-A female jacks to standard Type-A male plugs. These assemblies are used to connect USB devices to a panel or enclosure.
